This policy is issued under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus).

Contact form: full name, email address, organisation (optional), topic, message, selected language and the time you accepted this policy.

Security data: to prevent abuse, your IP address is converted into a one-way pseudonymised value used only for rate limiting; it is deleted automatically within two hours. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, date and time) for security and operation.

Business relationships: if we work together, we process the contact and contractual data needed to perform the agreement.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the message inbox is restricted to authorised staff with individual credentials.
